To provide you with our athletic analysis, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and login credentials.
User Content (Video Data): We collect the videos and images you upload or record within the app for the purpose of analyzing your athletic form (e.g., throwing mechanics, swings).
Device and Usage Data: We collect basic analytics regarding how you interact with the app, your device type, operating system, and crash reports to help us improve performance and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Handle Your Video Data
Because our Service revolves around processing your personal video footage, we have built specific privacy-first mechanisms into our architecture:
Cloud AI Processing: Your videos are securely transmitted to our third-party AI provider (Google Gemini API) strictly for the purpose of analyzing the athletic movement and generating structural feedback.
Immediate Automated Deletion: We do not permanently store your raw video files on our servers. Our system utilizes a strict synchronization lock: temporary video files and working caches are automatically and permanently deleted the moment a successful analysis response is safely saved to your account history.
Local Device Rendering: After the analysis data is retrieved, the app utilizes your device's local processing power and storage to render and assemble the final exported video. This minimizes the data held on external servers and keeps your rendered media locally controlled.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect primarily to deliver and improve our Service:
To process your media and provide accurate athletic form feedback.
To manage your account and save your text-based analysis history.
To utilize your device's local hardware for rendering operations.
To improve our AI analysis parameters and overall app functionality.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or video data to third parties. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party APIs (such as our AI analysis engine) solely to perform the functions necessary to deliver the Service. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. While we have built strict deletion protocols for your video data, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
PurePath Dynamics is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request the deletion of your account and associated historical data.
Opt-out of non-essential data collection (such as analytics).
